Brilliance Postage Stamp Card

Materials: Brilliance: Galaxy Gold, Mediterranean Blue, Victorian Violet, Pearlescent Orchid, Pearlescent Beige, Pearlescent Lime and Pearlescent Orange. Fantastix 4” x 6” white glossy card with 2” x 4” cut out 1 sheet cream vellum 1 sheet white vellum Tassels Stamps: Postage and Script Design

Instructions: Using the Brilliance Galaxy Gold, stamp the script rubber stamp over the glossy white card.   Adhere the cream vellum to the inside of the rectangular opening on the front of the card.   Cut the white vellum to a 1” x 3” rectangle.   Stamp the white vellum rectangle with the Brilliance Galaxy Gold stamp pad and the script stamp.   Stamp the postage stamp rubber stamp onto the white vellum using the Brilliance Graphite Black.   Using the Fantastix, color in the postage stamp designs with assorted Brilliance colors.   Stamp the small oval postage stamp rubber stamps with Brilliance Mediterranean Blue and Pearlescent Lavender.   Punch two holes in the top of the white vellum rectangle piece and loop the tassel through them to secure it.   Using vellum adhesive, attach the white vellum onto the cream rectangle in the center of the card.
