Maple Leaf Watercolor Card

Materials: VersaMark Pad Tsukineko Clear Emboss Powder Impress Spring Green, Celeste Blue, and Ultramarine Inkers VersaColor Cyan Paint pallette Paint brush Green, blue, and white Cardstock Eyelet

1)  Emboss Maple Leaf on watercolor paper using VersaMark and clear embossing powder.

2)  Add one drop each of Spring Green, Celeste Blue and Ultramarine Impress inkers into separate wells of a paint palette. Lightly mist the embossed paper with water.

3)  Using a wet paint brush, randomly paint with the ink over the embossed paper, adding color and misting as you go. The paper should remain slightly wet to allow the ink to travel and blend. Allow to dry.

4)  Emboss message with Cyan Versacolor ink and clear powder on vellum.

5)  Tear to desired size.

6)  Mount to watercolored piece with eyelets, matte with blue cardstock, mount on green cardstock.

7)  Tie with sheer white ribbon.
